The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SK2395 are at Ta=25°C, Drain-to-source voltage VDSX is 15V;Gate-to-drain voltage VGDS is -15V;drain Current ID is 50mA;allowable power dissipation is 300mW;channel temperature is 150°C;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C.
