The 2SK2394 is a N-channel junction silicon FET Transistor designed for AM tuner RF amp,low-noise amp,low-noise HF amp applications.The 2SK2394 has 4 features including large|yfs|;small ciss;small-sized package permitting 2SK2394-applied sets to be made small and slim;very low noise figure.

The Auto Product Identification mode allows the reading out of a binary code from an EPROM that will identify its manufacturer and the type. This mode is intended for programming to automatically match the device to be programmed with its corresponding programming algo- rithm. This mode is functional in the 25C5C ambient temperature range that is required when programming the 2SK2394. The 80C186EB is a second generation CHMOS High-Integration microprocessor It has features that are new to the 80C186 family and include a STATIC CPU core an enhanced Chip Select decode unit two independent Serial Channels I O ports and the capability of Idle or Powerdown low power modes .If HIGH at reset, this pin operates as a second write enable. If LOW at reset, this pin operates as a control to write or read the programmable flag offsets. WEN1 must be LOW and WEN2 must be HIGH to write data into the FIFO. Data will not be written into the FIFO if the FF is LOW. If the FIFO is configured to have programmable flags, WEN2/LD is held LOW to write or read the programmable flag offsets.
It is possible to choose from the four different modulation schemes: Binary or Gaussian Frequency Shift Keying (FSK/ GFSK), Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK), or On/Off Keying (OOK). The device also features a crystal compensation register that can provide 1 ppm resolution in the output frequency. Indirect temperature compensation of the crystal can be accom- plished inexpensively using this register.
