      The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SK2385 are at Ta=25°C, Drain-source breakdown voltage VDSS is 60V;drain-gate voltage VDGR is 60V;Gate-source voltage VGSS is ±20V;drain Current ID(DC) is 36A;drain power dissipation is 40 W;channel temperature is 150°C;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C.

The 74VHCT03A is an advanced high-speed CMOS QUAD 2-INPUT OPEN DRAIN NAND GATE fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including buffer output, which provides high noise immunity and stable output. This device can, with an external pull-up resistor, be used in wired AND configuration.
