The 2SK2353/2SK2354 is N-Channel MOS Field Effect Transistor designed for high voltage switching applications.The 2SK2353/2SK2354 has 4 features including Low on-resistance,2SK2353: RDS(on) = 1.4 W(VGS = 10 V, ID = 2.5 A),2SK2354: RDS(on) = 1.5 W (VGS = 10 V, ID = 2.5 A);Low Ciss Ciss = 670 pF TYP;High Avalanche Capability Ratings;Isolate TO-220 Package.
The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SK2353/2SK2354 are at Ta=25°C, Drain to source voltage(2SK2353/2SK2354) VDSS is 450/500V;Gate to source voltage VGSS is ±30V;drain Current ID(DC) is ±4.5A;total power dissipation is 30W;channel temperature is 150°C maxnimum;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C.
The 2SK2354 can be configured for different operation conditions. It can be set in normal mode to periodically monitor the ambient temperature, or in shutdown mode to minimize power consumption. The OS output operates in either of two selectable modes: OS comparator mode and OS interrupt mode. Its active state can be selected as either HIGH or LOW. The fault queue that defines the number of consecutive faults in order to activate the OS output is programmable as well as the set-point limits. The 2SK2354 accepts a CMOS compatible reference at 19.44 MHz or a differential LVDS, LVPECL or CML reference at 19.44 or 77.76 MHz and generates a differential LVPECL output clock selectable to 19.44, 38.88, 77.76, 155.52 or 622.08 MHz and a single- ended CMOS clock at 19.44 MHz. The 2SK2354 provides a lock indication.
