      The 2SD2604 is a Silicon NPN Triple Diffused Type (Darlington)Transistor designed for High-Power Switching Applications, Hammer Drive, Pulse Motor Drive Applications.The 2SD2604 has 2 features,one is High DC current gain: hFE = 2000 (min);the other is Low saturation voltage: VCE (sat) = 1.5 V (max).
      The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SD2604 are at Tc=25°C, Collector-Base Voltage VCBO is 95V;Collector-Emitter Voltage VCEO is 100±15V;Emitter-Base Voltage VEBO is 5 V;Collector Current IC(DC) is 5A;collector power dissipation is 20W(Tc=25°C);Junction temperature is 150°C maxnimum;Storage temperature range is -55 to +150°C.
      Using continuously under heavy loads (e.g. the application of high temperature/current/voltage and the significant change in temperature, etc.) may cause this product to decrease in the reliability significantly even if the operating conditions (i.e. operating temperature/current/voltage, etc.) are within the absolute maximum ratings.Please design the appropriate reliability upon reviewing the Toshiba Semiconductor Reliability Handbook ("Handling Precautions"/Derating Concept and Methods) and individual reliability data (i.e. reliability test report and estimated failure rate, etc).
