      The 2SD2589 is a Silicon NPN Triple Diffused Planar Transistor(Complement to type 2SB1659) designed for Audio ,regulator and general purpose.
      The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SD2589 are at Ta=25°C, Collecto to Base Voltage VCBO is 110V;Collector to Emitter Voltage VCEO is 110V;Emitter to Base Voltage VEBO is 5 V;Collector Current IC is 6A;collector power dissipation is 50W(Tc=25°C);Junction temperature 150°C maxnimum;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C.
      In this example 5V power-supplies were used, with the IC flip- flop powered by the positive supply. The negative supply-volt- age may be increased to -15V, with the positive-supply at 5V to satisfy the logic supply voltage requirements. Outputs from the clocked flip-flop are applied through PNP transistors to gate the CA3080 amplifier-bias-current terminals. The grounded-base configuration is used to minimize capacitive feed-through cou- pling via the base-collector junction of the PNP transistor. 
      The Hynix HYM71V8M635HC(L)T6 Series are 8Mx64bits Synchronous DRAM Modules. The modules are composed of four 8Mx16bits CMOS Synchronous DRAMs in 400mil 54pin TSOP-II package, one 2Kbit EEPROM in 8pin TSSOP package on a 144pin glass-epoxy printed circuit board. Two 0.33uF and one 0.1uF decoupling capacitors per each SDRAM are mounted on the PCB.Absolute maximum ratings indicate limits beyond which damage to the device may occur.
