The 2SD2493 is a silicon NPN triple diffusion plannar transistor(Complement to type 2SB1624) designed for Audio, Series Regulator and General Purpose.
The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SD2493 are at Ta=25°C, Collecto to Base Voltage VCBO is 110V;Collector to Emitter Voltage VCEO is 110V;Emitter to Base Voltage VEBO is 5 V;Collector Current IC is 6A;collector power dissipation is 60 W(Tc=25°C);Junction temperature 150°C maxnimum;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C.
Synchronizable or Constant Frequency Low Noise Output Synchronizable Up to 4.5MHz Wide Input Voltage Range: 2.8V to 18V Low Profile Surface Mount Solution (All Ceramic Capacitors) Low VCESAT Switch: 240mV at 1A Adjustable Output from VIN to 35V Small Thermally Enhanced 10-Lead MSOP Package.Derate Linearly 1.67 mW/o C above 25o C. RMA flux is recommended. Duration can be extended to 10 sec. max. when flow soldering. All parameters tested using pulse technique.Methanol or isopropanol are recommended as cleaning agents. Plastic housing is soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons and ketones. Photocurrent is measured using an Eastman Kodak Neutral White test card having a 90% diffuse reflectance as a reflecting surface. Reference: Eastman Kodak, Catalog #1257795. IC(OFF) is the photocurrent measured with current to the input diode and a 5% reflecting surface.
