      The 2SD2195 is a power transistor(100V,2A),and it has 4 features including Darlington connection for high DC current gain;Built-in resistor between base and emitter;Built-in damper diode;Complements the 2SB1580 / 2SB1316 / 2SB1567.
      The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SD2195 at Ta=25°C unless otherwise noted having Collector-base Voltage VCBO is 100V;Collector-emitter Voltage VCEO is 100 V;Emitter-base Voltage VEBO is 6 V;Collector Current (DC)IC is 2A;Junction temperature is +150°C ;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C ;collector power Dissipation Pc is 2 W etc.   
      The output of the 2SD2195 is then fed to the loop amplifier around which feedback is applied to determine loop amplifier transfer characteristics. The output of the loop amplifier is referenced so as to eliminate V CC dependence of the VCO.   The loop amplifier drives a buffer amplifier, which can be connected to a 75 Ohm load or a high impedance stage to give greater linearity and approximately 6dB higher demodulated signal. The video polarity can be inverted depending on the sense of the video polarity select input; open circuit or a resistor to V CC gives positive video whereas a resistor to V EE gives negative video.The 2SD2195 connectivity processor combines high perfor- mance with the massive integration needed for embedded Bluetooth applications. A powerful RISC core with on-chip SRAM and Flash memory provides high computing band- width, communications peripherals provide high I/O band- width, and an external bus provides system expandability.
      Absolute Maximum Ratings are those values beyond which the life of the device may be impaired. Frequencies near 100kHz and 1MHz may be generated using two different values of RSET (see the Selecting the Divider Setting Resistor paragraph in the Applications Information section). For these frequencies, the error is specified under the following assumption: 20k < RSET 200k. Frequency accuracy is defined as the deviation from the fOSC equation.Jitter is the ratio of the peak-to-peak distribution of the period to the mean of the period. This specification is based on characterization and is not 100% tested. Also, see the Peak-to-Peak Jitter vs Output Frequency curve in the Typical Performance Characteristics section. To conform with the Logic IC Standard convention, current out of a pin is arbitrarily given as a negative value.
