      2SC815 is a kind of low frequency ampifier and high frequency oscilator transistors which is the complement to KSA539.
      2SC815 has some absolute maximum ratings. Collecor-base voltage (V_CBO) is 60 V . Collector-emitter voltage (V_CEO) is 45 V.Emitter-base voltage(V_EBO) is 5 V. Collector current (Ic ) is 200 mA. Collector dissipation (Pc) is 400 mW. Junction temperature (Tj) is 150. Storage temperature (T_stg) is -55 to +155. There are also some electrical characteristics about it . Collector-base breakdown voltage(BV_CBO) is 60 V min when Ic is 100 A and IE is 0 . Collector-emitter breakdown voltage (BV_CEO) is 45 V min when Ic is 10 mA and IB is 0. Emitter-base breakdown voltage (BV_EBO) is 0.1 V max when IE is 10 A and Ic is 0. Collector cut-off current (I_CBO) is 0.1A  max when VCB is 45 V and I_E is 0. DC current gain(h_FE) is 40 min and 400 max when V_CE is 1 V and Ic is 50 mA. Collector output capacitance(Cob) is 4 pF typ when V_CB is 10 V , IE is 0 and f is 1 MHz. Emitter-Collector cutoff current(I_EBO) is 0.1A  max when V_EB is 3 V and Ic is 0.Current gain-bandwidth product(f_T) is 100MHz min and 200 MHz typ when VCE is 10 V and Ic is 10 mA.Base-emitter saturation voltage (V_BE(sat) ) is 0.83V typ and 1.1 V max when Ic is 150mA and IB is 15mA.
