      The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SC3735 at Ta=25°C having Collector to Base Voltage VCBO is 40 V;Collector to Emitter Voltage VCEO is 15 V;Emitter to Base Voltage VEBO is 5.0 V;Collector Current(DC) IC is 200mA;maximum tempertatures including Junction temperature is 150°C maximum;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C ;maximum power dissipation comprising total power dissipation at 25°C ambient temperature is 200 mW etc.
      The 2SC3735 is designed for use in switching applications. Each module consists of two IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration with each transistor having a reverseconnected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking base- plate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management. Any offset and/or gain calibration procedures should not be implemented until devices are fully warmed up. To avoid interaction, offset must be adjusted before gain. The ranges of adjustment for the circuit of Figure 2 are guaranteed to compensate for the ADS-929's initial accuracy errors and may not be able to compensate for additional system errors.
