      The 2SC3731 is designed for general purpose amplifier and high speed switching applications.The 2SC3731 has 4 features including high frequency current gain;high speed switching;small output capacitance;complementary to the NEC 2SA1458 PNP transistor.   
      The absolute maximun ratings of the 2SC3731 at Ta=25°C having Collector to Base Voltage VCBO is 60 V;Collector to Emitter Voltage VCEO is 40 V;Emitter to Base Voltage VEBO is 6.0 V;Collector Current IC is 200 mA;maximum tempertatures including Junction temperature is 150°C maximum;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C ;maximum power dissipation(Ta=25°C) comprising total power dissipation is 250 mW etc.
      The 2SC3731 is a Plug and Play Windows 2000 and 5-button 3D USB+PS/2 Mouse controller. The 2SC3731 can support the USB Standard Request as well as 2SC3731ID Class Request version 1.1. It is compatible with Microsoft Intelli 3D PS/2 mouse. The reference is postpackage-trimmed to increase the output accuracy. The output can sink and source 200µA over temperature. Quiescent power dissipation is 28µW. Stability is ensured with any output capacitor of 1µF or higher.
