      The 2SC3581 is a silicon NPN epitaxial type transistor designed for high collector current application,complementary with 2SA1399.The 2SC3581 has 4 features including high collector current ICM=600 mA;high gain band width product fT=150MHz typ;high VCEO,VCEO=50V;excellent linearity of DC forward cunrrent gain.   
      The absolute maximun ratings at Ta=25°C, Collector to Base Voltage VCBO is 55 V;Collector to Emitter Voltage VCEO is 50 V;Emitter to Base Voltage VEBO is 4 V;Collector Current IC is 400 mA;Junction temperature +150°C;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C etc.
      The 2SC3581 provides an on-chip MIB statistics register to collect, receive, and transmit statistics for each port. Additionally it provides direct hardware support for the EtherLike MIB, Bridge MIB, MIB I(interfaces) and the first four groups of the RMON MIB. All nine groups of RMON can be supported by using additional capabilities, such as port mirroring/snooping, together with an external microcontroller to process some MIB attributes. The MIB registers can be accessed through the serial management port by an external microcontroller.
      Application of power to the 2SC3581/2SC3581 activates a Power On Reset Circuit. This circuit goes active at 1V and pulls the RESET/RESET pin active. This signal prevents the system microprocessor from starting to operate with insufficient voltage or prior to stabilization of the oscillator. When VCC exceeds the device VTRIP value for 200ms (nominal) the circuit releases RESET/ RESET, allowing the processor to begin executing code. Two video control output signals (VIDCTL[1:0]) provide digital control for external signal pre-processing circuitry. These signals provide a per pixel period, or per line period, timing with programmable polarity control for each signal.Device on 50mm*50mm*1.5mm epoxy PCB FR4 with 6cm (one layer, 70µm thick) copper area for   collector connection. PCB is vertical without blown air. 2)   Allowed number of short circuits: <1000; time between short circuits: >1s.Output enable terminal: no matter in what phase MBI5170 operates, the signal OE /SW can always enable output drivers to sink current. When its level is (active) low, the output drivers are enabled; when high, all output drivers are turned OFF (blanked). Mode switching trigger terminal: a one-clock-wide short signal pulse of  OE /SW could put MBI5170 into the Mode Switching phase.
