      The 2SC3580 is a silicon NPN epitaxial type transistor ,complementary with 2SA1398.The 2SC3580 has 4 features including high collector current ICM=1A;high gain band width product fT=180MHz typ;low collector to emitter saturation voltage VCE(sat)=0.2V typ;excellent linearity of DC forward cunrrent gain.   
      The absolute maximun ratings at Ta=25°C, Collector to Base Voltage VCBO is 25 V;Collector to Emitter Voltage VCEO is 20 V;Emitter to Base Voltage VEBO is 4 V;Collector Current IC is 700 mA;Junction temperature +150°C;Storage temperature is -55 to +150°C.
      The 2SC3580 is a 8 Mbit (1Mb x8 or 512Kb x16) non-volatile memory that can be read, erased and reprogrammed. These operations can be per- formed using a single low voltage (5V) supply. On power-up the memory defaults to its Read mode where it can be read in the same way as a ROM or EPROM. The memory is divided into blocks that can be erased independently so it is possible to preserve valid data while old data is erased. Each block can be protected independently to prevent accidental Program or Erase commands from modifying the memory. Program and Erase commands are writ- ten to the Command Interface of the memory. An on-chip Program/Erase Controller simplifies the process of programming or erasing the memory by taking care of all of the special operations that are required to update the memory contents. The end of a program or erase operation can be detected and any error conditions identified.
      The 2SC3580 is available in plastic SMD pack- age and it is specified over an extended temperature range of -40C to +85C.
