      The 2SC3527 has following applications high breakdown voltage and high speed switching.
      The 2SC3527 includes 4 features having high speed switching;high collector-base voltage(VCBO);good linearity of DC current gain(hFE);"Full pack"package for simplified mounting on a heat sink with one screw.
      The absolute maximun ratings of 2SC3527 at Tc=25°C unless otherwise noted,the Collector-Base Voltage VCBO is 500V;the Collector-Emitter Voltage VCES is 500V,VCEO is 400V;Emitter-Base Voltage VEBO is 7V,Collector Current IC is 15 A,peak Collector Current  ICP is 25 A;Junction Temperature Tj is 150°C and Storage Temperature Tstg is -55 to +150°C.
