      Absolute Maximum Ratings of 2SC3425 are AT 25 °C,collector current DC IC is 0.8 A,Pulse IC is 1.5A;Collector-emitter voltage VCEO is 400 V;Collector-base voltage VCBO is 500 V;emittter-base voltage VEBO is 7 V etc.
      Using continuously under heavy loads (e.g. the application of high temperature/current/voltage and the significant change in temperature, etc.) may cause this product to decrease in the reliability significantly even if the operating conditions (i.e. operating temperature/current/voltage, etc.) are within the absolute maximum ratings.
