2SC3422

      The 2SC3422 is SAudio Frequency Power Amplifier,and Low-Speed Switching. It has 3 features one is Suitable for the output stage of 5-watt car radios and car stereos;the second is Good hFE linearity;the third is Complementary to 2SA1359.
      Absolute Maximum Ratings of 2SC3422 are AT 25 °C,collector current I_C is 3 A;Collector-emitter voltage V_CEO is 40 V;Collector-base voltage V_CBO is 40 V;emittter-base voltage V_EBO is 5 V etc.
      Using continuously under heavy loads (e.g. the application of high temperature/current/voltage and the significant change in temperature, etc.) may cause this product to decrease in the reliability significantly even if the operating conditions (i.e. operating temperature/current/voltage, etc.) are within the absolute maximum ratings.
      Please design the appropriate reliability upon reviewing the Toshiba Semiconductor Reliability Handboo("Handling Precautions"/Derating Concept and Methods) and individual reliability data (i.e. reliability test report and estimated failure rate, etc).
