The following is some features of 2SC3052 /2SA1366.(1) high VCEO which is 50 V; (2) excellent linearity of DC forward current gain; (3) super mini package for easy mounting; (4) high collector current which is -600 mA; (5) high gain band width product which is 1500 MHz.
