      The 2SC2335F is designed as silicon NPN power transistors with typical application that for use in high-voltage ,highspeed,power switching in inductive circuit,particularly suited for 115 and 220V switchmode applications such as switching regulator's ,inverters,,DC-DC and converter.
      2SC2335F has four features.The first one is that it would be with TO-220F package.The second one is about its collector-emitter sustaining voltage which means Vceo(sus)=400V(Min).The third one is about its collector-emitter saturation voltage which means Vce(sat)=1.0V(Max.)@IC=3.0A,IB=0.6A.The fourth one is about its switching time which means tf=1.0s(Max.)@IC=3.0A.That are all the features.
