Which are VCBO(Collector to base voltage)=-85V, VEBO(Emitter to base voltage)=-4V, VCEO(Collector to emitter voltage)=-85V, ICP(Peak collector current)=-100mA, PC(Collector power dissipation)=1W, TJ(Junction temperature)=150˚C, IC(Collector current)=-50mA, Tstg(Storage temperature)=55 ~ +150 ˚C.
      And the parameters of 2SA1487 also tested at 25˚C, which are VCBO(Collector to base voltage, at the conditions of IC = 100µA, IE = 0)=-85V, ICEO(Collector cutoff current, at the conditions of VCE = 60V, IB = 0)=-10µA, VCEO(Collector to emitter voltage, at the conditions of IC = 1mA, IB = 0)=-85V, VEBO(Emitter to base voltage, at the conditions of IE = 100µA, IC = 0)=-4V, hFE(Forward current transfer ratio, at the conditions of VCE = 5V, IC = 10mA)=60, VCE(sat)(Collector to emitter saturation voltage, at the conditions of IC =10mA, IB =1mA)=-0.5V, fT(Transition frequency, at the conditions of VCB = 5V, IE = 10mA, f = 200MHz)=500 MHz, Cob(Collector output capacitance, at the conditions of VCB = 10V, IE = 0, f = 1MHz)=2.7pF.
