DescriptionThe 25C320-I/P The Microchip Technology Inc. 25C320-I/P is a 32 Kbit serial Electricallym Erasable PROMs. The memory is accessed via a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. The bus signals required are a clock input (SCK) plus separate data in (SI) and data out (SO) lines. Access to the device is controlled through a Chip Select (CS) input.
Features of the 25C320-I/P are:(1) Low-Power CMOS Technology:- Write current: 3 mA maximum- Read current: 500 A, typical- Standby current: 500 nA, typical; (2) 4096 x 8 Bit Organization; (3) 32 Byte Page; (4) Write Cycle Time: 5 ms Maximum; (5) Self-Timed Erase and Write Cycles; (6) Block Write Protection:- Protect none, 1/4, 1/2 or all of array; (7) Built-in Write Protection:- Power on/off data protection circuitry- Write enable latch- Write-protect pin; (8) Sequential Read; (9) High Reliability:- Endurance: 1M E/W cycles- Data retention: > 200 years- ESD protection: > 4000V; (10) 8-Pin PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP Packages; (11) 14-Lead TSSOP Package.
