Description

The 24LC01BT-I/OT is a 1 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM,which is organized as one block of 128 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface. Low-voltage design approves operation down to 1.7V with standby and active currents of only 1 A and 1 mA, respectively. The 24LC01BT-I/OT also has a page write capability for reach to 8 bytes of data. The 24LC01BT-I/OT is usable in the standard 8-pin PDIP, surface mount SOIC, TSSOP, 2x3 DFN, 2x3 TDFN and MSOP pa ckages, and is also practicable in the 5-lead SOT-23 and SC-70 packages.

Features of the 24LC01BT-I/OT are:(1)single supply with operation down to 1.7V ;(2)low-power CMOS technology: read current 1 mA, max,standby current 1 A, max;(3)2-wire serial interface, I2C compatible;(4)schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression;(5)output slope control to eliminate ground bounce;(6)100 kHz and 400 kHz compatibility;(7)p age write time 3 ms, typical;(8)hardware write-protect;(9) more than 1 million erase/write cycles.

The absolute maximum ratings and DC characteristics of the 24LC01BT-I/OT can be summarized as:(1):VCC is 6.5V;(2):all inputs and outputs w.r.t. VSS is-0.3V to VCC +1.0V;(3):storage temperature ranges from 65°C to +150°C;(4):ambient temperature with power applied is-40°C to +125°C; (5):ESD protection on all pins is 4kV or greater th an 4kV. DC characteristics:(1):high-level input voltage is 0.7 VCC V min;(2):low-level input voltage is 0.3 VCC V max;(3):hysteresis of schmitt trigger inputs is 0.05 VCC V min;(4):operating current is 0.1mA typ and 3 mA max when VCC is 5.5V and SCL is 400 kHz;(5):standby current is 0.01uA of industrial.
