DescriptionThe Microchip Technology Inc. 24LC014His a 1 Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM with operationdown to 2.5V. The device 24LC014H is organized as a singleblock of 128 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface.Low-current design permits operation with typicalstandby and active currents of only 1 A and 1 mA,respectively. The device has a page write capability forup to 16 bytes of data. Functional address lines allowthe connection of up to eight 24LC014Hdevices on the same bus for up to 8 Kbits of contiguousEEPROM memory. The device is available in thestandard 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOIC (150 mil), TSSOP, 2x3TDFN and MSOP packages.
