Description

The 241NQ045--the high current Schottky rectifier module which has been well-known for very low reverse leakage at high temperature with proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175°C junction temperature. 241NQ045's typical applications are in switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.

241NQ045 has many unique features: (1) 175°C TJ operation; (2) unique high power,Half-Pak module;(3) replaces four parallel DO-5's; (4) it is easier to mount and lower profile than DO-5's; (5) high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance; (6) low forward voltage drop; (7) high frequency operation; (8) guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.
