200 SERIES

      Type 202 is world's smallest wirewound resistor! Having typically half the size of conventional resistors, but the Series 200 resistors offer the same MIL-grade construction as Series 100 resistors except utilize proprietary materials and processing, that makes significant reductions of the size. Series 200 resistors are also ideal when PCB real estate is quite precious! The 200 series's highest grade materials makes it possible to reach the requirement of the excellent stability and environmental performance.
      Here are some features of the 200 Series. The first one is significant space savings. The second one is tolerance to +0.01%, TCR to 5ppm/°C. The third one is wide resistance range: 0.005 to 250K. The fourth one is available on exclusive SWIFTTM delivery program. And the last one is all sizes available on Tape & Reel.
      The 200 series offers some options as follows: first is Option X: Low Inductance. Second is Option P: Increased Pulse Capability. Third is Option F: Flameproof Coating. Fourth is Option ER: 100-Hour Burn-In. And its also available: low thermal emf (opt.E), matched sets, cut & formed leads, special marking, 4-terminal, hi-rel screening, hermetic seal, non-standard values, increased voltage, etc.Customized components are an RCD speciality!
      The 200 Series has some important  parameters. Here gives some figures of 6 kind of typical RCD types. Type 202, its Wattage Rating is 1.0W,the Maximum Voltage is 30v and  Resistance Range is .01 to 2K. Type 210, its Wattage Rating is 2.0W,  the Maximum Voltage is 40V , and  Resistance Range is 01 to 10K. Type 232, its Wattage Rating is 3.0W, the Maximum Voltage is 60V and  Resistance Range is .005 to 20K . Type 235, its Wattage Rating is 5.0W , the Maximum Voltage is 157V and  Resistance Range is .005 to 40K. Type 255 ,its Wattage Rating is 7.0W , the Maximum Voltage is 210V and  Resistance Range is .005 to 80K.       Some notes about 200 Series. Power resistors reach elevated temperatures when operated near full wattage, and therefore should be mounted off the PCB and derated according to required stability levels.
