1S1 thru 1S9

The 1S1 thru 1S9 (1S1,1S2,1S3,1S4,1S5,1S6,1S7,1S8,1S9) are super fast rectifiers. They all have many features: 1. Low forward voltage drop; 2. High current capability; 3.High reliability; 4. High surge current capability; 5. TJ is 150oC (Max.) and TSTG is 175oC (Max.) with PI glue.
