The 1PS226 is designed as one kind of high-speed double diode that has some points of features:(1)Small plastic SMD package; (2)High switching speed: max. 4 ns; (3)Continuous reverse voltage: max. 80 V; (4)Repetitive peak reverse voltage: max. 85 V; (5)Repetitive peak forward current: max. 500 mA. And the 1PS226 consists of two high-speed switching diodes connected in series, fabricated in planar technology, and encapsulated in the small plastic SMD SC59 package.
