The 15CLQ100 center tap Schottky rectifier has beenexpressly designed to meet the rigorous requirements of
hi-rel environments. It is packaged in the hermetic surfacemount SMD-1 ceramic package. The 15CLQ100's forwardvoltage drop and reverse leakage current are optimized forthe lowest power loss and the highest circuit efficiency fortypical high frequency switching power supplies andresonent power converters. Full MIL-PRF-19500 qualityconformance testing is available on source controlleddrawings to TX, TXV and S levels.
