The absolute maximum ratings of the 11C01 can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature:-65 to +150;(2)maximum junction temperature(Tj):+150;(3)supply voltage range:-7.0V to GND;(4)input voltage(DC):VEE to GND;(5)output current(DC output high):-50mA;(6)operating range:-5.5V to -4.75V;(7)lead temperature(soldering 10 sec.):300.
