The type 101C is designed as the ultimate in cold performance and ESR for the wide-temperature, low voltage version of the Type 550C.It is ideal for high-ripple current military and industrial applications that need full performance to 40 oC and solid performance to 55 oC. It also excels as apower-supply output capacitor because of its exceptionally low ESR. The extended cathode foil of the 101C assures heat flow from the capacitor element to the can in all mounting orientations.
It has five features.The first one is that it would have 5,000 hour load life.The second one is about its ripple current which would be large than 100 amps @ 55 °C.The third one is that its ESRs to 2.5 m.The fourth one is that it would be large than 90% capacitance at 40 oC.The fifth one is that it would have thermal-pak extended cathode construction.That are all the features.
There are some important electrical specifications about it.The first one is about its operating temperature which would be from 55 °C to +105 °C.The second one is about its rated voltage which would be from 7.5 to 250 Vdc.The third one is about its capacitance which would be from 290 F to 1.5 F.The fourth one is about its capacitance tolerance which would be from 7.5 to 150 Vdc: 10% +75%, 200 & 250 Vdc: 10 +50%.The fifth one is about its DCLeakage current which would be less than 1.5CV A (4mA max. 5 minutes).The sixth feature of 101C is about its cold impedence which would be 55 °C multiple of 25 °C Z 3.The seventh one is about its EIA ripple life which would be 5,000 h at full load @ 85 °C per EIA IS-749, Capacitance ±20%, ESR 200% of limit, DCL 100% of limit.The eighth one is about its life test which would be 2,000 h at 105 °C and rated voltage, Capacitance ±20%, ESR 200% of limit, DCL 100% of limit.And so on.For more information please contact us.
