The 100314QCX is one member of the 100314 family which designed as the monolithic quint differential line receiver with emitter-follower outputs. Features of the 100314QCX are:(1)available to industrial grade temperature range (PLCC package only);(2)voltage compensated operating range=-4.2V to -5.7V;(3)pin/function compatible with 100114;(4)2000V ESD protection;(5)35% power reduction of the 100114.A defined output state exists if both inverting and non-inverting inputs are at the same potential between VEE and Vcc.
