The 100313SC is designed as a monolithic quad driver with two OR and two NOR outputs and common enable. The common input is buffered to minimize input loading. If the D inputs are not used the Enable can be used to drive sixteen 50 lines. All inputs have 50 k pull-down resistors and all outputs are buffered. Its package number is N24B and its package is 24-lead small outline integrated circuit (SOIC), JEDEC MS-013, 0.300 wide.
It has five features of 100313SC. (1) 50% power reduction of the 100113. (2) 2000V ESD protection. (3) Pin / function compatible with 100113 and 100112. (4) Voltage compensated operating range = -4.2V to -5.7V. (5) Available to industrial grade temperature range (PLCC package only). That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of 100313SC have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. (2) Its maximum junction temperature would be 150°C. (3) Its Vee pin protential to ground pin would be from -7.0V to +0.5V. (4) Its input voltage DC would be from Vee to +0.5V. (5) Its output current DC output high would be -50mA. (6) Its ESD would be >= 2000V. (7) Its recommended case temperature would be from 0°C to +85°C for commercial and would be from -40°C to +85°C for industrial. (8) Its recommended supply voltage would be from -5.7V to -4.2V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
