Compares synchronous clock motor speed at 30-sec intervals with pendulum-driven master sidereal-time clock. Motor runs slightly faster than sidereal lime. If too fast at checking time, check capacitor at input of V1 is closed to reduce frequency of oscillation ond speed of motor to bring it back into coinddence with master.-C.N.
