Uses two sections of RCA CA3028A differential amplifier as Colpitts oscillator U1C feeding U1B which can be either amplifier or multiplier depending on values used for output tuned circuit. U1A is not used. Unmarked resistors are on IC.-D. DeMaw, Understanding Linear ICs, QST, Feb. 1977, p 19-23.
