The reversal switch power supply circuit
The typical circuit of the reversal switch power supply is shown in the figure. This kind of circuit is also called the step-up/down switch power supply. No matter whether the impulse DC voltage before TV1 is higher or lower than the output terminal stable voltage, the circuit can still work. When VT1 is conducting, the inductance L is storing energy, the diode VD1 is blocked, the load RL is powered by the electricity in the capacitor C. When the switch VT1 is blocked, the inductance L is still conducting and inducting a voltage whose upper part is passive and lower part is positive, and it provides with power for the load with the help of diode VD1.   (View)

The step-up switch power supply circuit is shown in the figure. When VT1 is conducting, the inductor L is storing energy. When VT1 is blocked, L is inducting a voltage whose left side is passive and right side is positive, the voltage is added on the input voltage, and it provides with power with the help of VD1, which makes the output voltage higher than the input voltage and that forms a step-up switch power supply.   (View)

The step-down switch power supply circuit
The application circuit of the step-down switch power supply circuit is shown in the circuit. When the switch VT1 is conducting, the diode VD1 is blocked, the input rectified current is charging C with the help of VT1 and L, this circuit increases the energy storage of inductor L. When the switch pipe VT1 is blocked, L is inducting a voltage whose left side is passive and right side is positive, by releasing the energy in L with the help of RL and VD1, the DC voltage is maintained. Whether the voltage is high or low is decided by the pulse width on the basic electrode of VT1. This circuit needs a few components.   (View)

The adjustable, stable large current power supply
The voltage of the stable power supply can be regulated from 3.5V to 25V, whose output current is large, and it is an adjustable voltage steady pipe circuit, so a stable enough output votage can be got.Working principle: after being filtered and rectified, the DC voltage is offered to the basic pole of the adjusting pipe by R1, which makes the pipe conducting. When V1 is conducting, the voltage crosses RP and V2, which makes V2 conducting, and V3 is also conducting subsequently, at this moment, the voltages on the emitters and collecting electrodes of V1, V2 and V3 are no longer changing(the functions are the same with the voltage steady pipe). By adjusting RP, we can get a stable output voltage.   (View)
