Photovoltaic cell is made according to the photovoltaic effects of semiconductor materials.The so-called photovoltaic effects refers to the phenomenon that when semiconductor materials absorb luminous energy, it will produce hole pairs because of the photons, and bring about electromotive force after being seperated.I-V properties of photovoltaic batteryvaries with the intensity of sunshine S (W / ㎡) and the battery`s temperature t (℃) , namely I = f (V, S, t). According to electronics theory, when the load is pure resistance, the actual equivalent circuit of photovoltaic battery is as shown in the graph.
