Nearly any standard photoelectric isolator can be used in this circuit, it just needs about 20μA current from photodiode D2, then the LM195 power transistor can be turned on. The negative of D2 connects to positive power supply directly, it is not connected to Q1's collector, then the influence of transistor base-collector on capacitance will be eliminated. In the case of 40V, 1A load, the speed of switch can be improved to 500ns.
