High-performance bipolar-input Precision Monolithics OP-05CJ instrumentation opamp is connected as unity-gain buffer. Output is adjusted to desired reference voltage with pot connected to offset nulling terminals. Reference range is -3.5 mV to +3.5 mV, and long-term drift of zener less source is less than 3.5 μV per month.-D.
