Overhauling notes. (1)This chip's recommended working voltage is 27V DC voltage on pin 3 for input. (2)The pin 4 is connected to a external 100uF/16V ripple suppression filter capacitor. If the capacitor has the cases of serious electric leakage or too low capacity, the ripple suppression performance would become bad and this would cause the alternating Weng Weng sound. In general test this pin's DC voltage should be stable 14V.
