Circuit will regulate RMS output voltage across lamp to 100 V ±2% for input voltages between 105 and 250 VAC. Light output of 150-W projection lamp is sensed indirectly for use as feedback to firing circuit Q1-Q2 that controls conduction angle of triac Q3.
