The picture shows the multi-channel multi-state control switch composed of CD4017. The circuit uses a single button control and is controled by eight count output terminals Q1-Q7 through AND GATE circuit composed of diode matrix. Then the three groups of controlled circuits will have eight kinds of working states which will have some practical value in some cases.
