The relation of input and output of the circuit in figure (1) is :V0=Vi2-Vi1. The polarity of the output signal voltage and input voltage of the amplifier are the same. If inverted output is required, the circuit shown in fiure (b ) can be adopted. The relationship of input and output of it is :Vo=Vi1-Vi2
