Flashing alarm circuit

When somebody touches the safety cabinet or other protected metallic objects, in order to obtain the toucher's photo, sensor circuit will input a pulse to the input terminal of this alarm circuit, its positive edge will start the semiconductor SCR rectifier and flashtube GE to work, then to drive the video camera to work.
