Cathode-coupled limiters convert input signals to square waves and feed them to coincident slicer. Self-adjustment of limiters and use of coincident slicer to drive direct-reading phase-meter give good accuracy and stability for input-signal fluctuations from 0.3 to 70 V and supply voltages from 94 to 135 V, with absolute accuracy of 1° and relative accuracy of 0.25°.-Y.
