Premixer V6 in Drake T-4XB transmitter is replaced by dual-cascode MOSFETs, with CR4 protecting MOSFET from keyed-ground circuit. High-level mixer V7 operates over large dynamic range of signals coming from IF stage Output of mixer is low level, about 4 VRMS maximum.
