High linearity, low crosstalk and jitter, and high effective input impedance are provided by transistor pulse-duration-modulation keyer. Circuit includes bi-stable flip-flop, linear ramp generator, and voltage comparator. Output pulse widths vary with signal amplitude.-D. A.
