Oscillator produces square pulses having short rise time, over total frequency range of 200 to 1. Osdllator may also be sychronized to power line. Schmitt trigger provides additional means of getting output pulse to drive Eccles-Jordan trigger that provides alternate pulses for two shored-cycle strobe lamps.-L. H.
