This multivibrator uses a CA3420 BiMOS op amp to provide improved frequency stability. The output frequency remains essentially independent of supply voltage. Because of the inherent buffering action of pin 6, frequency shift is approximately 0.2% when RL varies between zeroΩ to infinity.
