Uses CA3140 opamp and diode array to generate low-distortion sine waves. Table gives values recommended for R and C to obtain frequencies from 50 Hz to 30 kHz. Use of zener diode clamp for amplitude control gives fast AGC.-W. Jung, An IC Op Amp Update, Ham Radio, March 1978, p 62-69.
