Used in highperformance phono preamplifier to mute output when there is no signal at phono input.Opamps each provide gains of about 100，Circuit controls muting reed relay serving both stereo channels of preamp. Delay switch-on using 555lC overrides noise-gate opamps. Unmarked diodes are 1 N914 or equivalent, and red LED is TIL209 or equivalent.
