Diode switch and biasing network disconnect sense amplifier, allowing common-mode signal of about 1 v to reach difference amplifier. This signal is almost completely rejected at output, so amplifier is ready for next cycle 0.5 microsec after end of rewriting.-A. Melmed, R. Shevlin, and W.
